Life Enthusiasts Customer Review
Overall Rating
It is unfortunate that I am leaving a negative review.
I purchased the original David Hall cellerciser without realizing there was a balance bar that is needed for the workout, especially as a beginner. I found the bar on Life Enthusiast and emailed them to order. They emailed me inquiring as to what rebounder I had so they could send the correct bar. I told them the large David Hall cellerciser (it has 6 legs, not 4 legs). They emailed saying they were shipping the correct bar. They sent me the wrong bar. I realized this when I tried to put the bar on my cellerciser and could not use to do exercises as the bar leans out and in and is not stable. I went on YouTube and found out that the bar I had was wrong-as they did a demo video of how to attach the bar. The balance bar I need extends longer to provide more support and attaches to legs 1 and 3, not the first 2. The bar they sent me is for the 4 leg model, not the 6 leg model. When I went on their chat to get help, after realizing that I paid good money for a bar I cannot use, the chat kept telling me I need 'technical support.' I sent him pics of the bar they sent and pics of how the correct bar looks/attaches and was told to call them directly. I called and left a VM. I got a call today with unfortunately a 'sales pitch' of the "bar we sold you is a new and improved model of the bar that goes with your rebounder." No and no. How unfortunate and unethical. I actually went to the original rebounder site-it confirmed I have the wrong bar. I would not use this supplier-very unethical and unfortunate-and I realized I paid much more than if I would have ordered through David Hall-very disappointing.
